Since I launched Productive Insights over 12 years ago, I've learned several valuable lessons.

And I spent way too much time learning them the hard way. If only I knew then what I know now, I wouldn't have spent long nights on consuming endless courses (without creating anything), second-guessing myself, measuring the wrong things (vanity metrics) and trying to scale wayyyy before my business was ready for it.

Ash Roy has spent over 15 years working in the corporate world as a financial and strategic analyst and advisor to large multinational banks and telecommunications companies.
